Question about calcium casienate

Alright so I just started working at Complete Nutrition a couple months ago and all the protein shakes consit of whey concentrate/isolate AND calcium casienate. I understand calcium casienate takes longer for your body to absorb but does that mean my body won't be absorbing as much protein for my post workout meal that takes place an hour after my protein shake? Might seem like a stupid question but I don't know the answer to it so might as well ask...
