that sounds like some prison food shyt.....lotta carbs and not much protein :D but them guys get swole as fuq in there on mac and cheese and bread and vegetables lol

I do love a nice triple decker Natty PB or Almond butter sandwitch with cinnamon, Chia seeds, and either bananna, or honey. :) My pre work out meal, not optimal i am sure, but in terms of engery / strength at the gym it can not be beat for me at least.

yeah, every time I see something reppable.....I'm on the damn droid phone lol.....I try to remember when I get home later to do it.....and funniest part? I'm on the phone viewing this board like 5% of my viewing time but thats when much of the funny shyt pops up.....

I'm the opposite. I only jump on my laptop to see what I'm getting reps on of I get a lot in one day. It would be a nice update to the app for sure

I'm by my laptop when I'm at home since I have it right on the table near the big screen TV so I'm on it a lot :D......I only use the phone at work, and I'm usually too busy to fool around on the net there.....but when I get bored and have nothing else to do, this is something to read thats interesting....
