My Kidney function levels (eGFR) have been borderline low for years

I have ZERO kidney issues that run in the family so i know its from all the dang protein and creatine all these years

I stay very well-hydrated; keep sodium low (hate salt anyway), and I am not pre-diabetic, and so these are not factors

To be honest, Im a total health nut in every other cartegory every time I run my blood work

I am looking for kidney health supps that might positively impact kidney values (by improving kidney health)

These little organs are not resiliant like the liver and there is no cure and no treatment so I am taking the preventative menatlity while I still can.

Researching kidney supps on the net is mind boggling as the evidence behind these potential kidney supps is not very convincing or consistent.
