I started yesterday morning 1 pill am as directed.
I am currently finishing a 3 bottle run of Vidatest which will be finished on Friday or Sat.
So this comes in at a good time for me to add to control my estrogen rebound.
Im pretty gyno prone have a few lumps that tend to come and go.
Lets see if the EP can DRY me out ??

Perfect transition coming off of VidaTest. Hit some new pathways and keep it fresh

I can notice in the morning when I wake less water in my cankles and legs. Some insanse stuff here.

Directions state 1 am pill with food?

So the last 2 days I have been going SUPER HEAVY trying a "variation" of this 5x5 type of workout.
Instead of doing it the way most of them are designed I decided to try doing 5 sets of a few excercises of the same bodypart.

Yesterday I did back with 4 excercises
deads, wide lat pulldown,seated row, and close grip pull downs.
bis 2 excersies close grip cable culs and db curls.
Just wanted to see how it would work for me

Tried chest/tri like this today so I think Im going to try something like this next week and get some #'s down. I feel strong so im going for it .
I will incorporate cardio in every other day if it works out for me ill see next week.

seated machine press 5x200
shrugs 5x315
upright row 5x115
side db raises 5x30

Solid and strong will be hitting cardio at home Wed. my little girl is still sick so wont be able to take her to the gym with me :(
