I hate feeling excessively stimmed out when I exercise. I've only used focus xt, but it seems every time I use it I get explosive bowel eruptions. Not what I want when doing the exercises you listed! Stick to bcaas, good vitamins, plenty of water, and beta alanine to buffer the burn a bit. I use a blend of bulk ingredients when I do common strength training bc I like to know what I'm putting in my body at what doses. Caffeine and such works well enough for heart rate, but you'll already be dying if you train right. I don't like vasoconstrictors when I work out.

So I guess the answer would be neither! Focus xt if I have to grade papers for a while, that's it. Again, haven't tried lit up.
