man also keep hearing about gut health. I would never look twice at products like that before. But after reading up on it, almost seems like a necessity

Good probiotic/enzyme formula along with a mild daily herbal detox formula does wonders.

We are absorbing all kinds of crap from our environment.

kidding. Much love to Matt and he knows it. (total homo) Gut health is definitely a good product.

Surprised in a good way: Agmatine. To me, the best part of Protocol by Genomyx. I now add it to my own bulk PWO mix.
Surprised in a bad way: Anabeta / Ursobolic (tie). That's what I get for believing the hype. Absolutely NO positive effects from taking these. Ursobolic may be cheaper, but I bought multiple bottles, so I ended up paying as much as I did for Anabeta. Lesson learned.
Interested to try: GPLC. Maybe I'll jump on the Primaforce bulk while it's still cheap. Doesn't look like the tub will last long; most studies I see say 4.5 g is a correct dosage.

What product are you saying when you say 2g Beta? Commercial or just BCAA?
