hi All, im new on here , must say it looks like a great site and look forward to helping others with questions in future if i can
my question is as follows - i find it hard to get good quality sleep, i can get to sleep most times no problem but get short poor quality sleep which upon wakening i feel very groggy, hard to get out of bed and often feeling more tired than when i went to sleep in the first place. This leaves me very unmotivated in the mornings when i want to go to the gym or any exercise ,
i have tried the following zma - this makes it hard for me to fall asleep and when i get to sleep , sleep for only few hours
melatonin - also makes it hard for me to fall asleep and very hazey when i awake
5htp/ tryptophan - also makes it hard for me to fall asleep and wake early and anxious
valarian/hops etc - no effect
can anyone recommend any supplement that helped them with a similar problem like i have , many thanks in advance for any advise
