How long can I leave creatine in water?

Is 20 hours too long? I would like to add creatine powder to the tea in my iced tea maker. This way it heats up and disolves into a pitcher of caffeine free green tea that I can drink all day long.

Just wondering if it would hurt my results any. On my workout days I would probably still just add it to my post-workout shake.

yes thats too long, as it won't be disolved and will degrade to creatinine

Creatine quickly breaks down into creatinine when mixed in liquid. Hence all the controversy with the liquid creatine products being stable. I highly recommend mixing it and consuming it right away.

also attached is the actual study results. I would seem 20hrs could be fine, but I wouldn't push it much past that, as the 3 day mark showed definite degradation.
