Dose anyone know how glycerol affects BP diring a workout? I know its supposed to fill your veins with more water, which actually soulnds lie it would increase BP instead NO prodcts that ower it. Am I right?

When you increase blood volume blood pressure tends to increase along with.

It is such a temporary effect.. that unless you already have hypertension, I wouldn't worry about.
