ml measures the volume of the liquid content (i.e. how high the liquid comes up in the dropper) and mcg will determine how "potent" [actually mcg is a measurement of weight] the volume is (i.e. 10 mcg/ml).
So the mcg/ml varies depending on how potent the manufacturer makes it. Usually the norm for research Clen is 200 mcg/ml.
You can't compare mcg to ml...it would be like asking how many RPM's equals a mile.
