DHEA serves as precursor to male and female sex hormones androgens and estrogens.

A bill has been introduced, in March 2009, in the U.S. Senate (S. 641) that attempts to classify DHEA as a controlled substance under the category of anabolic steroids

It can convert to a ton of different hormones in the body and reduce cortisol. The best use is transdermal where there is a high concentration of 17hsd enzyme to convert it to testosterone (shoulder/upper back). As far as the laws, idk. But transdermal dhea has it's place. Especially on cycle or times of intense training.

I think DHEA works. It just depends on what it does inside YOUR body.
Every1 may not have the same effects.
