I am resetting this cycle due to having the flu. Going to be on a high calorie diet. Also will be using along side of this. 3 caps of , 2 caps of organ shield. Today marks day 1.

Felt great after workout and during. No bad effects yet. But I just started.
Day two. Yesterday I did not use the organ shield today I will later on the day. I will be working out biceps, traps, and back today. Short workout cause have to be at work in a hour. Took 3 caps of D-Pol, beast mode engage.
EZ bar curls: 65/ 10x- 5sets
Dumbbell curls: 25/ 8x- 5sets
Bend over row barbell: 95/ 12x- 5sets
Shoulder shrugs: 185/ 12x- 5sets
Today is day 3 and will be working out legs and forarms also will be doing abs and some resistant band boxings workout. 3 caps of D-Pol. Still haven't used the damn organ shield.
Today is a rest day. Took 3 caps of D-Pol. I've decided not to use the organ shield after all.
Today I will do a cardio workout but basically walking up and running up stairs and walking 2 miles or more. A lot of sit ups and shadow boxing. Today is my cardio day I suppose since I can't really workout at work.
Also on 28 December 2011 I just did 6 sets of squats:
Squats - 175/ 10x - 6sets
I will post today's workout after completion. The results from this product so far are great feeling muscle pumps throughout the entire day, veins starting to show, and mentally determined. I love this product.

I haven't workout since the 30th of December kinda slacked off. Messed up but today will be the star of a 3 day rest period. Going to complete a full body workout today and do lower body again tomorrow since legs are kinda getting sore around knees. Going to increase intake of water and maybe a monster after workout or half of one. Will post workout today so I will be back in a hour.

This log has been hectic. But still usin d-pol. I have been trying to get into a police academy so I haven't been posting my workouts on time. Here's a little info for now I believe my joints are starting to get some soreness on my knees and elbows nothin I can't handle. Positive effects out weigh the negative. Vascularity is good not great like I want it to be, muscle pumps are gigantic love it, all exercises are going up. Everything is beautiful. But one question how do I get vascularity up? Do I use arginine or what product do you suggest?

Sorry for not really updating this log sooner. The D-Pol was awesome I conclude today on day 22 on a great not. I have notice i have increase on all my bench, squats, and skull crushers. Mainly tricep and all leg muscle groups. Vascularity was good, if i did a little cardio during my workouts it would have been better. I put on 5 pounds so I am really happy about this. I am definetly happy with all my results and will continue using D-Pol in the future. Next for me tho is Anabeta!
