  2. I was always under the impression to supplement calcium, regardless. Currently, I'm taking 2-3g daily

  3. Dammit! Love caffeine, coffee! The danger, according to the article, is the calcium being eliminated via urine, therefore depositing it in the tract, not an overall lack of calcium. I supp with calcium anyway, because I don't really drink milk. I recently realized, however, that with the copious amounts of protein powder I use, I may be getting too much calcium!!!
