Protien- Blends vs Isolates question.

I have always taken protien to boost what I need daily. Anyone have actual results that justify the extra cash for isolate over blends? I never bought whey isolate only blends but made sure the sugar content was as low as possible along with other values like carb content. Just looking forinput. Many searches lead to sales pitch add's vs real facts. Thanks for any help.

What he said, if you want to avoid adds in the future use google scholar when you do your searching, helps get rid of a lot of the marketing
