Anyone try vitex??

I have been lookn into vitex for helen with lowers prolactin levels and hopefully increase my libido. Was wondering if anyone has taken and what dosage should I take???
 
I am VERY sensitive to prolactin induced gyno. Vitex at 1g has worked for me, but nothing beats dostinex.. much better option IMO.
