400 Meter Supplements? What should I use?

Hey, I'm a senior 400 meter runner for my school. I primary run the 400 meter but I do most events under it. I've been taking Whey Protein for a while, just wanting if anyone has any other suggestions for supplements I can take to boost my performance. Thanks!

Boost performance?do you lift?
What is your stats, current routine and diet like?
 
Yeah I lift, around 3 - 4 times a week, have a great diet. And yeah i'm looking for a performance boost / more muscle.

You're under 18, right? When you turn 18 I would recommend beta alanine at 3.5gr/day, or Clout, stacked with RPM.
 
Cool. Honestly, Clout is insane for speed workouts, and rpm increases endurance and aggression. Gotta dose Clout 2x daily though, or don't do it at all. Same with beta alanine.

Good recommendations in this thread, I would recommend beta alanine, nitrates, cordyceps, citrulline malate, and/or creatine for endurance purposes, and other ergogenic purposes.

Same here lol. Also drive may meet your needs. But at 18 creatine And beta alanine is all you need really.

And lots of Food. May also be beneficial to try and get your protein from
WHOLE foods rather than powder...will have a better thermocouple affect and Lower on insulin load

Once preworkout on an empty stomach, once 5-8 hours before or after with food.

Cordyceps might help, but for short distance, NOTHING will beat Clout. Nothing.

I don't think the nitrate pump would be an issue, but as always, NEVER try something for the first time in competition.

Clout is good man...you may also like body octane and then add in the creatine to your liking and dose by way of your bodies response
