Well considering that DMZ is based off of superdrol in that it is two superdrol molecules together via an azine bond (that is the simplest explanation I have gotten, I am not an organic chemist), they are very similar. I have been told by many that DMZ has less sides than SD, though I never took SD just DMZ. I gained 15+ pounds on DMZ and had minimal sides at 30mgs which if you do that with SD you will have very bad sides more than likely. I would get both or you can pickup Iron Mag Labs SuperDMZ, it is both compounds in one pill.
