Creature is a creatine matrix consisting of Creapure, creatine magna-power (magnesium chelate), creatine alpha ketoglutarate, creatine anhydrous, and vanadium citrate, which is part of the building material for bones, and has insulin mimicing characteristics.
I won't touch creatine mono now unless it is Creapure, read some pretty gross stuff about the manufacturing procedures with mono and Creapure uses GMP, so you can avoid all the horror stories.
The Creature that is on sale on the site I found is pill form too which is a big plus for me, means I can take it whenever instead of with my shakes.
