Well no, I am taking an L-dopa supplement before workouts and before bed, I was asking about methyl donors, I have a thread about this from along time ago when I chose the B-12 path when people were saying TMG was the best donor and I didn't know what that was at the time but now I take Betaine with my preworkout drink cause I read its good for strength and it says right on the bottle also known as TMG and I was like oooooooh! I have 600mg tabs of TMG, I took DAA in split dosages before and really didnt notice anything, this time around I plan on taking 3g when I wake up with maybe 1200mg of tmg then?
