what you eat makes you gain weight. supps might influence the type of weight you gain. if you don't eat to gain, then you won't gain weight on any supp. Feedback is good on. How much weight, again depends on how much you are eating.

I feel a lot of people are in shock when they start to gain weight on a product...it really is not that hard science you are just increasing your calories on the product lol..Calories burnt > calories in = never going to gain weight. But for me anabeta helped make my weight gain more muscular (less fat gain) then it normally would have been not on the product. It also increases hunger in some people so it might be easier to get those extra calories in. eat up.

the pill itself maybe cause 1 pound increase.....it puts weight on you because it makes you more hungry and therefor you eat more which proves all you have to do is eat to grow. great choice in product though. i love AB

Thanks for the info guys! How hungry does it make you? Because I'm not trying to gain more than 3-4 lbs lol. I'm just using Anabeta because it's supposed to be the best legal thing for adding velocity as a pitcher.

The hunger really varies from person to person I got pretty hungry on it but a few friends didn't notice much in that department.

I gained 4.4lbs in 37 days on AnaBeta while looking leaner and my appetite went up ferociously.
Keep your calories clean and it will serve you well for your goals.
