I'm open for opinions and suggestions on my current regimine..... this is what I'm taking and a rough estimate of my general diet .... I run 4 miles three times a week, take yoga three times and lift hard and heavy four times.... my goal is 220 with 10% or less body fat... at 230 with 20% now.....

15g 1% androgel
5g creatine
20g arginine
10 g ornithine
2.5 g acetyl l-carnitine
15g glutamine
3 b-100 caps
1 twinlab daily one
1000 iu vit. E
6 fish oil caps
500 mg lysine

Breakfast: 15oz of salmon, 6 eggs, 1/4 cup rice, 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 cup ground flax scrambled.... banana, lecithin, seaweed, skim milk smoothie

Canned sardines and cooked chicken breasts for snacks all day after that....

Post workout is a couple boiled eggs and about 4oz of almond butter

How have your testosterone levels responded to androgel? I was prescribed that a while ago when I had low test in high school due to being run down from sports, not sleeping enough, working out to hard, etc. Didn't do anything for me though.

You need to start figuring out your precise caloric intake, that's what's going to make all the difference in the world. It can't be guesswork, it needs to be mechanical.

My T levels were in the low 200's before,,,,, I am well over 1000 now..... I am definitely, MOST DEFINITELY, getting all the promised benefits of increased T

I was doing that a long while back owlicks, ,,, dropped off since then,,, you're right,, need to get back to it,,, three years ago I was a soft 310.... today I'm at 230 and 20% body fat,,,,,, so I have definitely had progress,,, but my gains are harder to come by now,,, my body fat has been fluctuating between 20-25%,,, can't seem to get below 20%......

Increase glutamine to 20-25 grams daily... it's a tough amino to get past the gut (the gut is hungry for glutamine, and not in the way that helps preserve/build muscle).

In terms of PHs to run to help you get leaner, 11-oxo, Androhard or Androlean would be amazing. They are mild and can easily be slipped in/out of your TRT program

In terms of diet, like mentioned above, count calories and especially monitor carb intake.

2434 calories
101 carbs
163 fat
148 protein
This was calculated from today's diet,, all the carbs were ingested in a split just before and just after my 4 mile run today,,,, the fats came from extra virgin olive oil and a large avocado ...... after looking at this I need more protein,,, but not sure about any of the other numbers,,, I used a site called sparkpeople to calculate the breakdown

I looked at androlean .... not cheap,,, need to do more research to determine if it's a worthwhile investment,,, went ahead and bought some DHEA though,,, 75 50mg caps for $20......
