I'm been lifting for 10 years & have a pretty rigorous diet, but I need some help on supplements. My goals are simply to get very lean while maintaining solid muscle mass.
I'm currently taking a pre-workout drink and post-drink. I use either VPX Shotgun or BullNOX pre-workout, with Synthesize or a glutamine & creatine shake afterwards.
My question - I've read a lot about Erase. Can I add Erase to the supplementation above, or not?
Also, if anyone cares to give me guidance on a great (legal) stack to take to lean down, I'd love to hear it. I'm getting married in 12 weeks and want to look as good as possible (destination in the Caribbean).
