Since everyones hormone levels are different the dose is not really weight dependent. I would go 3 caps, if its too strong lower to 2.
Erase solo has a very strong hardening and drying effect on body composition. It increases your natural testosterone levels, which is very beneficial for strength gains

There is no possible way to answer that. It would depend on a multitude of factors including your nutrition, training plan and lifestyle factors amongst others.
Look at logs and reviews to find some typical results.
You can start at 2 if you want, 3 is where it is at for most people. I find 3 too strong for me sometimes.

I am taking 3 caps a day, this is my 3rd day, so far no noticeable effects yet. As far as my workout goes, its:
mon- back, usually do 12-16 sets, 8-12 reps (i don't do deadlifts)
tues- chest, 12-16 sets, 8-12 reps
wed-legs, 10 sets for quads,4 for calves (i don't train hams very often). usually 4 sets of leg extensions and 6 sets of heavy squats 6-8 reps.
thurs- shoulders, 12 sets and 4 sets for traps 8-12 reps
fri- arms, 9 sets tris, 9 sets bis

Why don't you do deadlifts? Or train hamstrings often?
Deads are amazing for overall mass and strength.
Neglecting hams will cause imbalance and possibly injury. I was struggling with ham injuries for a while because I wasn't pushing them with the intensity I was with quads.
And it's gonna take more than 3 days on erase to see effects.

You should really figure out a solid training routine that allows you to build muscle unassisted, before utilizing a supplement to assist you.

AnaBeta+TCF-1 would be a much nicer stack. But like Criticalbench said, figure out your training first.

I'm taking 5-htp too guys, is that ok with the erase? Erase makes you leaner because of the reduction in estrogen right?

you will see results with Erase, dont get me wrong. but i think there are better products. like what BBG said....Anabeta + DAA would be a better stack than just taking Erase.
and u cant expect to get amazing results from a single supplement unless its a PH. Diet and training are what gonna get u to your goals

When are you taking the 5htp? Secondly not a fan of it, as it tends to lower testosterone due to its potent serotonin agonist properties.

with regard to your routine, i dont think doing arms (tri's) after shoulders is bad at all (assuming youre doing more than just a bunch of overhead presses), especially considering your chest workout is earlier in the week.
but like i said, my front delts get hit hard on chest (and as of right now, are actually out of proportion to the side and especially rear delts because ive been focusing on incline chest a lot), so ive started only doing 3 working sets of overhead press, then focusing on side laterals, upright rows, shrugs, bent over laterals, etc. once in a while ill throw in front raises. only doing 3 sets or so shouldnt wear out your triceps much.
ps - i too dont do deadlifts... ive got a bad back, and ive messed it up too many times doing the 'essential' lifts like heavy deads and squats, so i just dont risk it anymore.
