What is a good dosage with androgel to see results in the gym.

One pump of 1.62% percent androgel contains 20.25 mg of testosterone. Most injectable testosterone cycles ive seen done are around 400 to 500 mg of testosterone a week.

Im not sure if transdermal test is more absorbable than injectable test though
