I prefer powerfull to hghup, but I've never used igf-2.
The sleep from powerfull is amazing
All 3 look good, though

Are you taking anything else with it? If your taking something like a test booster or PH than the added LCLT in HGHup might be beneficial to you. Typically most users report better body composition and fat loss with HGHup but this is going to be highly dependent on the user as both product will improve you composition. As a standalone I would recommend IGF-2 though..
OR you can stack both!
The massive dose of chlorophytum would deliver some really crazy gains plus get you even larger increase in GH levels.
A good stack would be IGF-2, HGH-Up, Lit-Up and NeoVar:
Wake up: take 2 HGH-Up and 3 IGF-2
Breakfast: take 4 Neovar with carbs
Pre-workout: take 2 HGH-Up, 2 scoops Lit-Up and 3 IGF-2
Post-workout take 4 Neovar with carbs
Pre-Bed: 2 HGH-Up and 3 IGF-2
This stack should deliver a nice boost in IGF-1, testosterone, and GH, for some really good lean body mass gains IMO

been using 2 caps powerful, 3 pills of source naturals HGH surge, 1000mg AAKG 45min pre bed. very happy, i also take a few script meds from a sleep specialist so i have my reasons for my GH nightime stack.
But I think it would workout great for others NEED it like i do

Yeah I would say it depends more of what your wanting but I can say It would definitely be between hghup and igf-2. Not to knock powerful it's a good product and it's the first gh booster I ever tried but it is out of it's league compared to the other two. If you want sleep go with igf-2 if you want something that will harden you up and may give a more powerful gh pulse go with hghup.

Thanks for the replies, so far Igf2 is the winner but if I want to harden muscles, HGH Up is the better product?

To add here are a couple key points which separates IGF-2 and HGHup (from the app nut product formulator Dirk himself)
1. Rhodiola Rosea increases creatine deposition and has some strong adapatogenic qualities, so IGF-2 will have the advantage over HGH-Up when stacked with Neovar, especially for mass (many people are surprised by this. For this reason, IGF-2 seems to also be a little better for recovery as well.)
2. HGH-Up definitely gets the nod in terms of fat-reducing qualities because of the formulation- LCLT and GTE help with this, as well as the GH-increasing properties which are apparent in both products.
