high SHBG

are there any supple or even drugs that can lower SHBG ?\
I don't like supple that contain the stinging nettles like Activate X , it also blocks DHT ( important hormone )..

You could give free test a try. It doesn't contain nettle.

Stinging nettle is not going to lower your overall DHT if you ask me. Think about it. Even if there is 5a-reductase inhibiting properties of Nettle it will balance out because:

Nettle increases Free Testosterone which will increase the amount of testosterone that is converted to DHT, which in reality will probably raise DHT overall.

Plus the plant DHT blockers over the years have turned out to do nothing at all in vivo. Think there is a new study in saw palmetto showing it does nothing

There is nothing better out there than nettle for SHBG

good info natty. i agree if nettle does anything to dht i certainly never noticed. i have ran supplements containing it many times over.

This is what I have always been worried about regarding these kinds of supplemens and if i remember correctly people were complaining over the years of activate giving them gyno....

just take something like erase. if i remember right, AI's lower SHBG and will reduce estrogen so it wont be a problem. testofen is another option. all i know is when i take divanyl/nettle root, i have terrible acne so its clearly doin something

Stacking an AI with it might be an option or a resveratrol supplement...I doubt activate gave anyone gyno but higher estrogen levels could of aggravated gyno that was already developed
