Anybody familiar with Athletic Edge Nutritions creapure creatine with Russian Tarragon. They claim the absorption rate is more than 70 grams of sugar. Is this claim valid?

I've used it several times and I like it, whether it's true or not idk, Id never take creatine with that much sugar anyway

Thanks for the feedback bro! Gonna open a tub of it tomorrow. Did you only take one scoop? I agree, I have never utilized sugar in those amounts ever.

No hate on AEN, i love Presurge, but... creatine absorption does not matter when we're saturated

Well said! I never cycle creatine so I'm sure I'm plenty saturated.
