Seems that it may be best to eat animal based protein while taking anything with ALA due to it being leucine rich and activating mTOR
however decreased food intake with increased energy expediture can account for additional LBM loss. But they are saying it inhibits protein synthesis to a degree (probably with high doses but in a high protein diet leucine rich you should be able to blunt that effect)
Interesting. I was literally just emailing some of the guys asking about taking shakes with Glycobol. AJP1 asked me about this over the weekend, but I was unsure.
We should have some more info on this topic tomorrow, too.

I was asked a question by one of the other reps so I will address it here... The ? was if its beneficial to take a protein shake prior to a meal with Gbol...The answer is yes. Although the carbs from your meal are the "main focus" here, ALL nutrients that are sitting in your stomach will be pulled into your muscles. So in the case of a post-wo meal you drink your shake then 15-20 min later take your glycobol and eat your meal(immediatley for bulking wait 30 min for cutting) the protein in your shake wouldnt have broken down all the way yet and will get pulled into the "vacuum" along with your meal... Personally I like to drink a Carnivore shake Post-WO then take Gbol and eat. Muscles are pumped the rest of the night! And With the 3Z/HGHpro stack I take at night I sleep like a BABY! lol

I've found for a pump with nutrient partitioners, eating soup, I use a chicken broth with egg noodles to get 60g carbs. The high sodium content and carbs with the nutrient partitioner really makes the fullness, vascularity, and pumps stand out especially from isolated water retention.

They say 1 cap can be used with 50g of carbs. So it can be do either way; but yes if you're getting around 25g then I could see it being more beneficial.
To some people low carb days are less than 100g a day others use less than 50g a day. So really I don't know too well whats the bench mark for high or low. My guess would be 100g or less would be low & 250+ would be high? I'm by far an expert at this though.

depends at the tail end of using gbol i hit like 12 a day,
i currently do not use it any more though
i was doing 1 cap pre meal and one cap inbetween meals.

did you experience low blood sugar feeling with the one capsule between meals?
what results did you see at the dosing other than a lot of pooping =)?

ok guys here are my blood results from today:
post pre-wo meal: 118
post workout(sipping on maximize): 115
20 minutes post Glycobol: 86
at the 30 minute mark I had already begun my MMA training class, and I swear I felt those damn shakes again. I took a few quick swigs of gatorade and felt better. I will get more precise numbers(30 minutes after glycobol instead of 20) next week.
