I got mine all set. Going to start Oct 1st. Just ordered a massive load of protein and stocked up on brown rice and oats at Costco and will be hitting the local meat market.

4) Smart Balance fat free milk
5) Smart Balance Peanut butter
6) Rice and oats (not together)
7) Maybe some vegetables here and there. I still hate them
1) Whey isolate protein post workout
2) Casein protein for any other time of the day
3) Creatine mono
5) 4 caps/day
6) at 3 caps/day
8 hours of sleep - going to try at least
