Glycobol/Lean Xtreme/Testopro: my experience and BMOV toxicity question

Hey guys,
I've been using Glycobol for about 10 days now and I'm liking it quite a bit,
had no stomach problems, no sides and overall the effect is nice.

I started with only 1 cap for the first few days and now I'm going with 2 a day,
one 25 min before my pwo meal and one 25 min before PM meal

Aside from the basics (Whey, BCAA, BetaAla, Mult, Fish Oil, Creapure and the
given prewo of the month) my stack is:

Glycobol (2cps)/Lean Xtreme(2cps)/Testopro(4cps)


I can say I'm in my best shape ever right now and I'm very happy,

But I did change few things in the last 2 weeks, the most important being getting rid
of the pwo simple carbs: *that I know* made a huge difference (thanks Wacked and the others :) )
and in a good way.
I also increased workouts and added - again, big change - 1 more squats routine in the week
along with a couple of new exercises.

Lean Xtreme is an awesome product that I use and know very well, it's effect
really seems to get along perfectly with Glycobol: I'm pretty vascular to begin with
but this last week I'm seeing veins in places I couldn't imagine a vein could run,
the famous "roadmap" vascularity, no sh#t..

Not everything:
My chest measures a FULL INCH more (no pwo pump, I'm talking rest!), my back got way bigger,
just to mention the obvious, and overall, again, I've never felt this good

I never ran Testopro nor Glycobol before, nor the ingredients in them, (LX is the only one I ran solo)
so I have hard time understanding what is doing what,
but one thing I know for sure is that these 3 together kick some serious a#@ for me, big time.

Strength increased a lot, mood is up, I train more, I train harder, and I don't crash dead after my wo.

Important note: diet did not change if not that I now get half of my protein intake
from egg whites.

If I have to guess, I'd say:
Size/strength/mood: Testopro.
Fat loss/vascularity/fullness: LX+Glycobol

Now, as mentioned I feel like Glycobol has some sort of synergy with LX specifically,
and I'd like to keep taking it but I'm worried about the BMOV/Vanadium toxicity,
hence the questions:

1) How toxic (if) is the BMOV?
2) At 2 cps of Glycobol a day, am I "safe"?
3) Keeping in mind that dose, how long can I run Glycobol before taking a break? And how long the break should be?
4) Assuming I have to cycle Glycobol, what would you advice as replacement (if any) when in Glycobol "pause"?

With glycobol u can take up to 4caps so ur good bro....Also if u want to cycle off try Recompdrol

Thanks man,

heard good things about Recompadrol which unfortunately ain't available here in EU.

So with 2cps a day i can consider BMOV not a problem?
I'm planning on taking breaks, I mean I do that with every sup 'cept the basic stuff,
I just feel like my body gets used to everything and "pulsing" them works the best.

But the BMOV thing kinda worried me a bit

Nah nothing to worry about u good especially on dosing just two caps per day...How many carbs are u taking with one cap?
You can stay with glycobol for 8weeks....Depending on my diet ill dose it differently..For instance mon-fri (workout days) ill take in high carbs so ill take 2 caps for morning and pre workout meal and when the weekend comes depending if i intake carbs ill dose maybe just one cap with my breakfast....

With one cap carb intake should be 25g-50g even 60g but anything above that u should take two caps...

Thanks guys

I'm dosing around 15gr a day with 1 cap, and another 15gr with the second.
That's all the carbs I eat a day. But whether or not Glycobol is works better with carbs
is suppose to be a nutrient partitioner, not a carb partitioner..
I just avoid fats when taking it but protein are always up

As long as you are keeping your carb intake fairly high 2 caps is most certainly safe. When I was on a heavy bulk where I was eating over a hundred carbs per sitting I would be taking 4 a day.


3) Keeping in mind that dose, how long can I run Glycobol before taking a break? And how long the break should be?

Only run up to 8 weeks of Glycobol for maximum efficiency (I know it's such a great product that it can be hard!). The break should be for at least a month.

Dr.D, the creator of Glycobol, once said that Glycobol can be ran indefinitely. I like to take breaks from any/all supps every now and then though.

I'll just say that I'm still running this stack and
as far as I remember I've never run a stack this effective.
I'm sure mostly is due to some improvements to my diet and
my wo routine, but now I dose Glycobol "on demand",
testopro still at the normal dosage and 2cps a day of LX
which unfortunately will finish tomorrow, but holy cow..

In my book, this is the best lean gains stack I've ever run (i'm a natty bb)
size, strength, vascularity, and fat loss. Freakin' awesome.
Just hit my personal bench record today with 290lbs, 5th set, 2 rep,
perfect form. Best bday gift :)

basics: whey, bcaa, fish oil, multivit, caffeine, beta ala, creapure,
various prewo

Please note again I've no affiliation with the companies mentioned,
just an advice to whoever wants to try it.

I agree on breaks. i use Glycobol sparingly like post workout usually and the days I dont workout I dont use it. That is how I use it now. I have in the past used it every day and at four caps a day.

I pretty much use it as needed too. If I know I'm going to have a lot of carbs, I'll take two capsules. I don't always take Glycobol if I'm only having 20-30g of carbs...unless it's later in the evening and I feel guilty, lol. Then I'll likely just take one capsules for this smaller amount of carbs.

This was my first run on AI products to be honest, and I liked them a lot.

I have a bottle of Stoked here, but I'll be running that after my Lit-Up (DAA),
I know they TestoPro/Glycobol/Stoked are a good stack but being the first time
for me I was interested in seeing them in action singularly, plus, seemed a good idea
to keep Stoked for estrogen control after the DAA run

Glycobol is freakin' fun, I also use it at night when I eat my last meal,
I like this one particularly because I can feel it work, I'm pretty vascular
and taking it 25min before the meal make me feel the blood pumping and
give me a full look.. and I'm very glad I didn't have any stomach problem
with it, i read some people had it, not for me
I like to be able to take "on demand" and well, what to say more than this,
much love for Glyco here

Honestly never had any stomach problems with glycobol either but I think it's a good idea to cycle everything. Also if anything I would drop in the stoked like 2 weeks into the DAA run, run it through at just the necessary dose with DAA, iirc the estrogen spike from DAA is over played but I have no studies/sources to base that off of just occasional bloods from logs.

Yeah I will cycle Glyco as well, I also do cycle pretty much everything but BCAA, Fish oil, whey and multi
I ran Lit-Up before, it has a formula that should minimize DAA sides, actually, running one tub at the time
never gave me probs, but following just pure logic I thought running Stoked after that would've been a good idea anyway.

I thought about it but this is the first time I try Stoked and I wanna see what
it does as standalone. If I like it then yes I will def try it stacked with it
I'm going for strength/power/hypertrophy workout this next two month and
I'll be stacking at least the first Lit-Up(DAA) with Ultima which is pretty damn insane for that,
not cheap but very effective when you're natty

also with the daa do you think there is any need to take a break? I did it a month strait, took a week off and started it again. Might throw me some stoked in there this month

stoked is a great health supplement in my opinion and it helps with bodybuilding though the health effects of resveratrol and boost testosterone very mildly. I think it acts as a serm in some way

yes that's me, a month ago or so
Yes I hit abs pretty hard, heavily weighted, two (sometimes 3) times a week.
My ab routine is also pretty damn long and various, I've been hitting abs since forever,
usually people hates ab training, i've always liked it

My experience with DAA is nothing but great, up to date is the supplement
that gave me the biggest strength increase, with that said my body tends to
adapt very quickly to pretty much everything I tried, so I find cycling the 3/4 sups
that have the most impact on my performance, this keeps them always working.

I don't use bulk DAA, I use Lit-Up (2 scoops contain a full sodium DAA daily dose and I think it has a
great overall formula), I tried to run 2 tubs one after another and half way thru the second
i felt like my body was somewhat saturated.. hard to describe, "hit the wall" kinda feeling,
but I've never got bad side effects

Running 1 tub, switch to one of the other prewo and then go back to it
works the best. So Lit-Up being the staple and the others (I use Ultima w/caffeine, SP Max, Pumpbol w/caffeine)
the "break"

These days I am experimenting which one is the best "side supplement" to run with Lit-Up/DAA,
I'll start with Stoked (I'll add it half way thru) then I'll stack Triazole and E-bol (the other two sups that gave me strength and lean gains) with the following run, probably I'll run a log on that.

no different form back or legs, actually, being a nonarticular muscles
it's even more difficult to make them grow I think.
I use to have small abs, defined but small.
When I started (years ago) to weight my crunches, leg raises and everything else
it's when they totally changed shape, got bigger blocks, felt really good
That also improved squats and deads.

Abs training macros looks like this for me:

1 day a week is very heavy (weight wise) and slow, and the routing is the longest
the other day is shorter (at the end of legs day) but faster as in shorter recovery between sets
and also how the sets/reps are performed, but the weights are the same

The optional 3rd day light weight and fast, supersets,
looking-for-the-burn-feeling

I've never done a day of cardio in my life.

I use to have small abs, defined but small.
When I started (years ago) to weight my crunches, leg raises and everything else
it's when they totally changed shape, got bigger blocks, felt really good

I'm no expert but I can only give you my honest feedback on the only ecdy sup that I've tried which is E-bol.

I like it, in my experience is well worth the money, it gave me great strength increase
and quite noticeable recomping effects, no sides of any kind.
I was running it solo (aside from the basics).

I was dosing it 6cps a day spread in 3 doses on empty, 30 min before high protein meals
I remember my first run of it, at first I got one bottle just to try it, results came fast
and I got a second bottle and kept it going.

Effects (strength and size gains) kept raising for the first bottle and half of the second,
then stayed the same for the 2nd half of the 2nd bottle,
but they didn't go away when the cycle was done.
I'm about to run it again next month

Effects (strength and size gains) kept raising for the first bottle and half of the second,
then stayed the same for the 2nd half of the 2nd bottle,
but they didn't go away when the cycle was done.
I'm about to run it again next month
