Hey guys,
I've been using Glycobol for about 10 days now and I'm liking it quite a bit,
had no stomach problems, no sides and overall the effect is nice.
I started with only 1 cap for the first few days and now I'm going with 2 a day,
one 25 min before my pwo meal and one 25 min before PM meal
Aside from the basics (Whey, BCAA, BetaAla, Mult, Fish Oil, Creapure and the
given prewo of the month) my stack is:
Glycobol (2cps)/Lean Xtreme(2cps)/Testopro(4cps)
I can say I'm in my best shape ever right now and I'm very happy,
But I did change few things in the last 2 weeks, the most important being getting rid
of the pwo simple carbs: *that I know* made a huge difference (thanks Wacked and the others )
and in a good way.
I also increased workouts and added - again, big change - 1 more squats routine in the week
along with a couple of new exercises.
Lean Xtreme is an awesome product that I use and know very well, it's effect
really seems to get along perfectly with Glycobol: I'm pretty vascular to begin with
but this last week I'm seeing veins in places I couldn't imagine a vein could run,
the famous "roadmap" vascularity, no sh#t..
Not everything:
My chest measures a FULL INCH more (no pwo pump, I'm talking rest!), my back got way bigger,
just to mention the obvious, and overall, again, I've never felt this good
I never ran Testopro nor Glycobol before, nor the ingredients in them, (LX is the only one I ran solo)
so I have hard time understanding what is doing what,
but one thing I know for sure is that these 3 together kick some serious a#@ for me, big time.
Strength increased a lot, mood is up, I train more, I train harder, and I don't crash dead after my wo.
Important note: diet did not change if not that I now get half of my protein intake
from egg whites.
If I have to guess, I'd say:
Size/strength/mood: Testopro.
Fat loss/vascularity/fullness: LX+Glycobol
Now, as mentioned I feel like Glycobol has some sort of synergy with LX specifically,
and I'd like to keep taking it but I'm worried about the BMOV/Vanadium toxicity,
hence the questions:
1) How toxic (if) is the BMOV?
2) At 2 cps of Glycobol a day, am I "safe"?
3) Keeping in mind that dose, how long can I run Glycobol before taking a break? And how long the break should be?
4) Assuming I have to cycle Glycobol, what would you advice as replacement (if any) when in Glycobol "pause"?
