was looking at cellmass and NO Xplode in a package would this be recommended also looked at Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey
any help really appreciated

Agreed, diet first.

Some ideas to start with:

Multivitamin (Orange TRIad)
Fish oil
Creatine (green MAG, c-bol)
BCAAs (purple wraath, recoverpro)
Preworkout (white flood, jack3d)

dialed in diet
good training program
lots of rest

your good to go!

First stop paying attention to ads for BSN and muscletech. Next dial in your diet and traning program.

Supps:

Whey pro
Creatine mono
Need2Slin
N2KTS-pre workout

wow, stay away from BSN and muscletech crap. all of their products suck. focus on diet and training. take the basic supps like this:

Creatine: Mono - NeoVar, CreaPure, or bulk mono.
Nitrate - APS

BCAAs: Modern BCAAs by UPS labs

Multi Vitamin

Fish Oil

Protein: 100% Whey Protein by ON

Diet and training are 90% of the battle. People "think" they have those dialed in, but they are typically way off. When you've got it you can adjust your weight up/down by ~10lbs depending on diet and training alone. It's like a young shaolin warrior, you have to master the basics first before you can start playing with the swords, etc.

Nothing out there will you ripped on it's own. Like others have mentioned before me, diet, diet and conditioning program, oh and diet again. Ge those things in check first. What worked for me was fasted cardio + stim, something like Dexaprine. About to start using SAN Tight! Xtreme Reloaded, *new formula which looks very good.

Tren ace chicken and eggs

If your over 21 The E.A.T. stack(Erase, Adamantium, Titanium) + a lot of food will produce very sold gains.

But you just started working out for 2 months, you will see much better gains by next year, rome wasn't built in a day!
