Help on Heart Health (Staples) Stack!

  1. Help on Heart Health (Staples) Stack!

My father and his brother have a history of heart disease (both were very overweight when their heart attacks occurred). Im very active and have been lifting for 6 years consistently, very clean diet for the most part. I have always had perfect blood pressure and below normal cholesterol levels/ no health problems (Not allergic to anything, etc). I'm putting together a heart support stack that I will continually use for as long as I can, using these:

    Vitamin E Mixed Tocopherols (800iu/day)
    CoQ10 (200mg/day)
    Folic Acid (800iu/day)
    B-12 Tabs (1000mcg/day in morning)
    Vitamin D-3 (4000-6000iu per day)
    Vitamin C (2g per day)
    Vitamin B-1 (100mg/day)
    Garlic (2g per day)
    Calcium/Magnesium Asperate (250mg C and 125mg M per day)
    Fish Oil 4g per day
    Multivitamin

Do the doses look on point? ost doses will be split in half and taken morning and night

  2. Add in policosanol and niacin to this stack. Obviously, I'd recommend Toco-8 for your Vit E source.

    Got Glycophase ...?

  5. Seems pretty good. I would suggest at 40 or over considering daily aspirin 81 mg. Increased dietary fiber. cardio is important. Genetics trumps everything unfortunately. Ive been seeing conflicting views on calcium, contributing to cv incidence and heart disease.... your dose is really low. Niacin sure but why take it if your lipid profle is already good? specifically ldl. An effective dose for niacin is 800-1200 mg and be ready for the flush. Flush free niacin may or may not be effective.

Good suggestion here. CoQ10 and Carnitine have synergistic properties when taken together.

Can I use LCLT instead of regular L-Carnitine?

Id 2nd this. Salmon, maybe oatmeal and other foods will be your main tool for hearth health ( as im sure you know ) along with what foods to avoid and of course regular excercise. Also dont stress, that point is highly under talked about.

Exactly what I was thinking lol.

OP, I'd look into celery seed extract, and hawthorn extract as well as TMG.
