    supps during a deload week


    Hey guys, im taking a week "off" where I am going to jsut be doing lighter weights with higher reps jsut feeling the muscle, jsutfor alittle deload, I was just wondering what supps you would still recommend taking...creatine, beta alanine, glutamine, etc. thanks!

    The multi/oils/BCAA

    I could do without the creatine and beta-alanine.

    Theres virtually no need to invest in glutamine alone these days. you can find so many products jam packed with it as afar as whey, aminos, pre-wo,etc.

    theres no need to invest in glutamine because its useless for bodybuilding purposes.

    when woudl u suggest taking the creatine, i usually take it with pwo carbs but imlaving hose out this week? morning?

    Multi / Fish Oil / Creatine / Aminos

    Take them as you normally do. I always take the creatine post-workout or in the morning if it's an off day.

    it makes absolutely no difference what time of day you take creatine, as long as you are maintaining saturation
