B12 before gym?

    Would B12 preworkout help? What do you think?

    I have B12 tabs, each one has 1mg of B12!


  2. i personally like mega-dosing b-12, usually only do it when im going stim-free, but i would suggest trying it out and see how it works for you

    b-vitamins are water soluble.

    some b-12 products are dosed up to 5mg....

  5. Im about to get on some b12 to hopefully increase hunger. The extra energy will just be an added bonus!

    This is a common side effect of B12 supplementation? Hmm....

  7. B12 isn't also used before bed for relaxation?

  8. At times i do take 1-2 tabs of B-Complex about an hour before workout

  9. Does the b12 help increase appetite for you as well?

  10. B-12 is great for energy & appetite (digestion aid).

    Any vegetarians should supplement with B-12, as B12 isn't found in any plant sources, mostly from red meats, fish, etc.
