Question v-12 turbo or swole? Non-responder

I've been around the block as far as creatine goes, and I never notice much of an effect from it. I am bouncing back and forth between swole or SAN's v12. As a non-responder, which do you think would give me a greater response?

I'm non responder to creatine too. I've never tried v-12, but swolev-2 didn't do for me **** either, also I've tried cell-tech, liquid german creatine
and some other stuff I'm done with creatine.

I am a mild creatine responder, but Swole V2 kicks major ass...I was really surprised how well it works. I'm taking it right now--tastes good, no bloat, and massive pumps and vascularity increases...and it's less than a buck a day!

And you you don't have to load up with it,Just take 20 mins. before the gym.

I agree with you on this one. NO-Xplode is a very good product. I've tried Swole and V12 and Metabolic Pump, and Sature 8, hell I've just about tried every creatine product out there. NO-Xplode is the only one that gave me decent gains. However I'm still waiting for Customs Swole clone and DS's new CEE, before I say that its the absolute best.

Using 30 grams of creatine a day would do nothing at all in 99.9% most cases. Your body will most likely only actually use 5g of creatine out of however much you put in (But thats if ur body will, hence a non responder)

Anyway stay away from Swole V2. The company has alrdy had some products pulled off of the shelves and this one almost was to. Its not bad except that it carres GPA (A type of acid) That is defineatly harmful and doesn't provide many benifiets if any at all. There have been studies to back it up ect.

As for Swole V12, its good stuff! Many ppl like the effects and it seems to usually work well with non responders. Choose the swole v12, or go with my face which I like even more. Get some "Satur8" off of the net. Cheap, lemonade tastes great and the effects are awesome.

From my experice with both products I will say swole v2 will give you greater response...
I had to upp the dose on v12 to get the same effect as swole v2..

A combination of the two also works well.
My last go was with a dose swole v2 in the morning/night and one dose v12 before training... I train in the midle of the day..
so that give me a total of three servings a day.

by the way I am over 220 pounds. If you weight less its no need to bump upp the dose to three servings a day...

Go with the top of the line... Russian Red Actijubes. Nothing beats them.

VPX's new creatine is also top notch.

Looks like basic creatine overhyped, nothing special. If he is saying that hes not responding to creatine, this wont do anything more than alrdy is. VPX is also creatine way over-priced.

Also, as to the comment above about taking more san v12 to get the effect of swole, thats probably placebo or something with ur own body, plus as I stated swole contains GPA which is something u want to stay away from. Also as u have noted, taking both is good. Thats probably not a good idea, as for one ur taking GPA, and 2 ur body wont use half the amount ull be getting from both.

Just stick with sans v12 or satur8 and im almost certain ull start to respond much better.

Umm.. I believe that VPX and the Russian Red have an ester attached to the creatine molecule, so that it passes through the lining on the stomach better. Allowing for a better delivery into the blood.

I'm all about V12 Turbo. Out of all the cell volumizers I have used, this has been the best, JMO

I am a non-responder to regular creatine, & I've used both Swole v2 & V12. Neither one had any positive effect. I felt bloated from the swole.

What type of gains did you get of no-xplode? I am considering using this product for my bulk.
