Help with Cramping on V12 Turbo!

I am having severe cramps in my leg since
I started taking V12 Turbo. It is most noticeable
when I am doing my abs. The other night
it was so bad I couldn't even finish my sets.

I am drinking tons of water, even more than
when I was on regular creatine. Also I am
in a bulking phase so I am eating plenty
of complex carbs, and not much sugar.

Just using the 2 doses of v12 per day like the
instructions said. What could be causing this?
I have been on it for 1 week as of yesterday,
do you think it will just go away as my body
adapts.

Any suggestions welcome, or anyone else
dealing with this problem... help!

Well the first day I trained shoulders, the next day chest, and yesterday all I trained was
abs... kind of like an off day for me. Well, the pain was much less as I just trained abs
alone yesterday, but still noticeable..

Could be potassium deficiency. Eat some bananas.

Thanks, but I hardly think it is from lack of bananas b/c I eat 2-3 / day.

I read of a few other people that experienced this, but I just ignored it
before buying the product b/c I thought it wouldn't happen to me.

I will see how it goes tonight in the gym and keep you posted.

thats too many bananas, one a day is good, mostly with the increased water intake you need to watchyour electrolyte level (sodium/potassium) get some powder gatorade.

I did a huge research paper on creatine and why athletes get cramps and this was the conclusion i came to as i read studies. It makes perfect sense if you did as much research as i did.

BTW i took V12 Turbo as part of a trial from the CEO of SANN, and increased my water intake and electrolytes and i was just fine

I took regular V-12, which I think is the same as turbo just with less of the creatine malate. I never had any sort of cramps or anything.

Also, yogurt is a better source of potassium than a banana.
