Hey guys new to the board, just looking for a little advice on a few things its really just a waste talking to random different people about this kinda stuff so im hoping to find some solid advice here..

ive got a box of the c-50 on the way i also have some p6 my brother gave me for afterwards, ill be taking jack3d with it and just some shakes here and there on a clean diet looking for some nice gains...i guess what im asking is does that all sound okay?comments, concerns on anything?even suggestions
