After some study said that this stuff as a standalone doesnt work any better htan white bread for creating glycogen(which most people dont even have a need for anyway) people pretty much lost interest in it.
Im starting to wonder though how valid its supposed "pulling other sups into the blood" ability may still have some use.
Has anyone tried stacking WM with soething that can actually be felt, like ALCAR or caffeine to see if they feel something quicker?
