What supplements/foods would you buy for your pornstar stack? Like if you went to a local drugstore, shoppe for vitamins, or place where they sell bodybuilding supplements. Also what foods would you buy?

  3. If I had 5 days to prep, I'd go with some:

    Supps:
    -Nolvadren-XT. Used this twice before and always gets me going. Ups the mojo, libido and alpha-ness.
    -Epimedium: get a good icariin extract, like 40%. Take a look at AI's Stoked.

    Foods:
    -fruit. Like mangoes and peaches. Maybe even some pineapple.
    -strawberries. Had read somewhere that they act as an aphrodisiac. Not really sure.

    As always, everyone responds differently, but Nolvadren-XT and a good epimedium work well for me

    supplements suggested seem to be for the nuts and bolts so to speak but what can you take to get you there

  6. I just started taking a whole bunch of stuff, however, I was looking for many things at once...mood booster, libido, test, AI/Anti-E, PDE-5 Inhibitor, and general supps for day to day health. I can say that already I seem to be hanging a little lower, but nothing else yet and I'm sure this stuff needs to build up, so I am being patient with it. I can list everything I'm taking and dosing if so desired, but I don't want to just post up if not needed by someone since it is a very long list.
    I am trying natural stuff before turning to TRT even though a lot of people said the natty stuff won't help me (mostly they said Test) since I am 47 years old...but I had to give it a shot).

    You estrogen is probably high as well and that is crushing your libido. Get labs and find out, then it is easy to fix.

  13. As stated before, I am "hanging lower"; my member looks like it has more blood in it in normal resting state. Erections are still the same or maybe a little better for me and I don't feel that much hornier. My mood does seem a bit better. I know these need to build up. I've only been on this for 5 days...I will cycle using the 5 on 2 off method.

    Each dosing amount is per one cap, so if 2 caps are indicated multiply by 2.
    List is supp, how many caps/scoops, Manufacturer, amount per single cap, what it may do. Anyone please feel free to comment and adjust my dosages as you see fit (adjust for me as well if you see I should go up or down or different timing.

  18. Last night I tried a full day dose of Titanium at 3 caps, 3g of L-Citrulline, 3 caps of L-Dopa.... worked pretty damn well.

    All the things in the list have a purpose...I will admit, some have the same purpose as others but I wanted to try and hit it from all angles just to see what happens...As far as I know, there aren't things on there that would "cancel" other things in the list...but I don't know...that's why I asked for comments from people who have tried things in the list.     I feel like what you're doing is good. I'm big on cycling all of my supplements. Either do the five on and two off or do six weeks on and two weeks off. Keep your body guessing. Never stay on something too long or your body will get used to it and eventually need it
