Would this composition be toxic if taken in an intramuscular fashion?

ferric ammonium citrate 15mg (worried about this, im not anemic and dont want a lot of iron)
vitamin B12 150 microgram
riboflavin sodium phosphate 10mg
pyridoxine hydrochloride 10mg
niacinamide 100mg
d-panthenol 15mg
cobalt gluconate 0.7mg (lethal dosage in humans is 20g)
copper gluconate 0.2mg
choline chloride 10mg
biotin 10 microgram
inositol 10mg
methionine 20mg
l-lysine hydrochloride 20mg
glycine 20mg.

Coupled with: injected

Why inject it? Most of those are completely bioavailable via oral route.

Whether it being safe to inject would also depend on if its sterile

Most multivitamins are crap when it comes to bio availability.

As with :Arginine hydrochloride 200mg
Sodium glucuronate 50mg

L-arginine can only be absorbed at a rate of i believe 1g by the gastrointestinal tract.
would like to reap the benefits of actual arginine. Was wondering if it would be worth it, since I hate needles.
