hello every body, (sry for my bad english )

Im 23 year old and my goal is gaining muscle whil dropping subborn fat...and low back fat..(some 4kg or 8lbs)

i plan to run into cycle

Erase + anabeta+IGF-2+ DAA+ dermatherm

is it good stack? is dermatherm the best for me? because i have "fat skin" thick...i was an obeese before losing some 37kg ( some 70-75 lbs) two years ago

also, i've a very big appetite and tought that anabeta will increase it..thats littl bi probleme for me

IF you dont reccomand this stack, which product(s) do you suggest to run into?

Can i expect same result as PH? ( ive never took it before )

i have:

fish oil,

roxylean (energy)

BEEF PROTEIN of MUSCLE MEDS

multi vitamine and minerals

Thank you

according to many threads, anabeta increase highly appetite...at the present if i follow my apetite i will be back an obeese ..

runing PH cycle + PCT is better solution i think

You should probably be fine on just Erase and Anabeta. Save the others supplements for some other time. I guess Dermatherm could be used too.

Don't eat unhealthy foods. Simple fix

No need for the PH route, IMO...and no need to overcomplicate this, it's a marathon not a sprint...I like DAA/Erase/Anabeta (can start the DAA/Erase together then week 3 or 4 add in the Anabeta)....I never had the appetite surge while on Anabeta like some others had, so that may be the case for you or maybe not...you can only try it and see...but if the appetite goes up (and hard to control it) you can add in the Roxylean...I've tried samples of it only and have to say it kills the appetite rather well (w/just 1 cap!) & gives me the lower body sweats like yohimbine does (very odd)...

That's a nice little stack right there. Sounds like fun in fact!

i think that, because anabeta designed to work in "extra calories diet for mass" whil derma works on cal deficit...and erase ..i dont know

im i wrong?

It can be used for both
Def can be used for both!!....in some it increases appetite which usually results in taking in more calories making it more for bulking....in some (myself included) it didn't have that much of an increase in appetite, so cals are still 'under control', so useful in cutting or recomping...calories, calories!!!..it's allllll about the calories and what you do with em :yumyum:

It's water not fat that will give that illusion...I'm similar, was an obese kid/teen, lost it all but skin on stomach/lower back didn't regain its elasticity & now comes across as being 'thick skin'...and when I over eat (usually carbs) it pulls water and tends to 'puff' those areas back up...but then after working out/sweating some it goes back to where it was...plus to gain a pound of fat you'd have to eat approx 3500 calories OVER your maintenance calories & I'm pretty sure it would take well over just a 'couple hours' for all those extra calories to be digested, stored & show up as fat...
I've not used Dermatherm...but have had some success with some tightening my Ab/lower back region with Genomyx's Eviserate/smolder...in addition to eating clean....but of course with all things 'your milage may vary'...
