    calcium and zinc absorption

I like to snack on sunflower seeds in the evening around the time I take zma. The bag says one serving contains @ 2% rda of calcium (so 1,000mg x2% = 20mg.?) I eat about two servings so I guess that's about 40 mgs. Do you think this is enough calcium to interfere with the zinc absorption? Thanks

Doubt that's even close to high enough to interfere with zinc absorption. If i remember correctly you'd probably need to intake about a gram to have a negative interaction.
