Dudes, need advice on a preworkout in pill form
For some reason lately mixing my preworkout powders has jacked my stomach. I wait my usual 30-45 minutes after mixing but the chalky water in the back of my throat and in my gut swishing around is no bueno. I've always had a weak stomach(except when drinking alcohol), I get motion sickness easily, etc. So I want to try my hand with pills and see if it helps.
Any recommendations is cool, I haven't ever taken a pill preworkout so I'm looking forward to the suggestions.
Also if anyone knows some tips or tricks to reduce motion sickness let me know. I had a buddy that swears by ZMA or zinc or some **** I'm not sure. I take 4 orange triad a day and it helps a little but it feels like my equilibrium is fukt.

I would go with the PowerChews my self, I have similar issues especially with creatine and the PowerChews have worked out great for me.

My favorite used to be AMP02 when N2BM had it. I believe it's coming back at some point. I've tried the Powerchews and honestly, they taste great. They are mild. I have to use 7-8 but that's not unusual as I use 2 scoops of most preworkouts that say 1 scoop is a serving. I do like the focus from them. Worth a shot.
I've never tried the 1MR pills but I do really like 1MR so I would think they would be a solid choice.
The other option would be one of the many "fat burner" pills on the market. They have quite a bit of stim in them and that might be all you need. Most help with focus a bit too. I've used Adderline, BPS Combustion, Forged Burner, APS White Lightning etc. Maybe one of those and a pill based creatine like Ancient Strength or APSs creatine nitrate?
