So this morning before my 7AM workout, I took Glutamine, Protein, and N)-Xplode, as is my custom. However, this morning I also tried to take my creatine pre workout as opposed to post workout. I was a little gittery during workout, but workout fairly hard and then took another protein shake and creatine shake after the workout, again as I usally do. Felt ok. At lunch time, about 2-3 times I week I also go back to the gym to run in order to get cardio in. I got to about 2 miles on the treadmill and started feeling really out of it. I took protein shake afterwards and ate, and now an hour later feel a little closer to normal. Anyone ever had the symptoms or have any idea what was going on or if I need to cut out one of my supplements to avoid the strange feeling?
