    everytime I do chest workouts my shoulder hurts, so I just apply joint force on my shoulders ? close to rotator cuff area ?

    I was told to apply twice a day to the needed area. Just one spray each time.

    I followed that dosing and it helped a Ton!! I have a nice little stock pile of it now..

    That should work.

    Does this just relieve pain? Or is there actual healing properties to it?

    It helps to lower inflammation.
