can i use this on a cut. I want to keep my size while i slim down a few pounds. I am not sure since this has creatine but I didnt see mono in it, so maybe i wont bloat as much.

Looking at doing this preworkout, dcp for fat loss and xfa for strength as well. Look ok?

You will not bloat nearly as bad with RagNOrok as you would with some other types of creatines and pre w/o's. If you're looking for an awesome creatine product with ZERO bloating though, you should check out Cre-02.

I know from personal experience though that bloating from Rok is minimal at the absolute most, and it also stacks really well with DCP if you're using the caffeine version of Rok.
