Hello fellow bodybuilding fans!
I am writing this after finally getting back on track and working out after a terrible accident I had that sidelined me for a year. I love the sport and put maximum effort in all I do to try and achieve my goals.
I am writing for input from the community as to any improvements that you could add to the current regiment (Both Workout and Supplement) that I am currently under. I am working for putting on Mass as I am already extremely lean.
So for my Workout regimen, I am following a similar split used by Dorian Yates so it goes like this:
Day 1: Chest/ Bi's
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Shoulders, Traps, Triceps
Day 5: Back
Day 6: Off
Then repeat the cycle. It follows a HIT format which is maximum effort exerted on one set, with each prior set being a "warm-up".
For supplements I am currently taking:
Mass Ultimate (Weight Gainer)
Creatine Monohydrate
Beta Alanine
Platinum HydroWhey
Prototype 216 (Amino Acid Complex)
Black Hole (Appetite Enhancer)
And a host of minerals and daily vitamins.
Also, I am eating a lot, especially proteins from fish and chicken!
Any input that you guys can have in any of these areas is extremely appreciated and Thanks!
