What do you think?

I'm planning out my next 2 months. I wake at 6am and lift about 30 minutes later. I need a carb product with fast and complex carbs. I'm recently retired from PH and AAS use. I realize I wont enjoy the same level of gains now, but I believe there is definitely progress that can be attained. I'm thinking about the swole stack from AI. If you have a recommendation for a stronger natural test booster, please let me in on it. Work out days will look like the following
6am Wake up
Pre work out
1g propionyl l carnitine
1 dose of c4 from Cellucor
1/2 dose ultra fuel (50gm carbs)
1 dose of everything in the swole stack
Work out 30 minutes later
Post WO
2 doses Syntha 6
Non work out days I will sub the c4 with aps creatine nitrate

Work outs are a 3 day on 1 off split of supersets with no rest periods. It's cardio and strength training in one. It takes 30 minutes on most days. It's pretty brutal

Sure, that's fine, but depending on your goals you can always train fasted. I have been doing that for years, and once you're accustomed to it, there are no problems. I'm in the gym at 6AM, and use an intra-workout drink to keep my energy up (preference is Size-On Max, tastes great). Another option I'm just starting is NTBM Gear. This protocol helps keep you lean and optimizes the post-training insulin sensitivity to make the refeed even better. If anything, you'd want aminos pre-training (NTBM Gear).

Swole Stack is fine if herbals work for you, I like the Glycobol. I personally haven't gained much from them that diet/exercise wouldn't provide otherwise though. If anything, a good pre-workout helps more to get extra reps. I like APS Mesomorph (good sale right now) and one that surprised me was NeedToKillThatSh!t (N2KTS) after I got a free tub to try. Those help me push harder early in the morning.

So, I'd add an amino (BCAA/EAA) pre-workout instead of the carbs, and maybe add an intra-workout. Post workout I'd go for more solid food than shakes as well, but I like food! :D

Best of luck!

Cool. Thanks bro. I'll try it fasted. I'll bump my carn to 2 gms to really free up some fat to run off of. Should I take my Glycobol mid workout so it can kick in my post wo shake?

I take my glycobol pre-workout. I believe Na-R-ALA takes a bit over an hour to peak, so you'd be good to go post workout that way.
