Ephedra questions plus

I have been out of the game for a while and am pretty sure ephedra is long gone. Just double checking if this is 100% true, or if maybe there are still some websites that sell it? I see some sites have ephedrine extract nowadays, but the alkaloids was the good stuff that worked. I even see some sites that have 10mg/pill of alkaloids. I was winderig if that's even legal anymore in the US or if they are just doing a play on words to sell?

What about ephedrine hcl? Is this also long gone?

Clen is always an option but it always scared me more than eph for heart reasons. Is clen harsh on liver at all?
