    IGF 2


    havent seen much talk about IGF 2 on here lately...

    Is anybody on it right now? if so, how are you liking it?

    I love to stack IGF 2 with Free Test. I always get decreased BF with lean gains.

    How do U use it? 3 times daily or everething before bed? I don`t like the idea to fell asleep all day, so I am thinking to take 3 before wkt and 3 before bed. What about it?
    I`ve just take 1 botle of it!

    I just finished a Free Test/HGHup/Litup stack and recomped nicely. I will be using IGF-2 in the next month.

    For the first time in three years, I'm actually NOT using IGF-2. But, as everyone knows, IGF-2 is a staple of mine - a hard product to beat on every count!

    It depends on whether you train that day or not.

    See the product label for the recommended dosage for your bodyweight.

    Dosing/Timing

    Option A (if you train first thing or close to it, or for non-training days)
    Dose 1 - first thing
    Dose 2 - pre-bed

    Option B
    Dose 1 - first thing
    Dose 2 - ~40 min pre-training
    Dose 3 - pre-bed

    You could just use Option A regardless, if it's more convenient.

    You're not going to fall asleep all day if you use IGF-2 - if you started out using the full recommended dosage for your bodyweight, then you may experience some lethargy, but not what you said; hence, why for the first week, I recommend using HALF the dosage.

    i dose it pre workout and bedtime on non training days, morning and bedtime

    Lost about 3 lbs of fluff and kept the muscle. Strength was steadily increasing thru out the run. Only negative was the Forslean being tough on my GI. Seemed to diminish towards the end though.
